To Modify the condition No.b as to appear before the sivagangai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for the period of 2 weeks instead of to appear and report before the respondent police daily at 10.3 a.m for the period of 2 weeks in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.11708 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court and allow this petition.

To Extend time for 2 weeks for producing sureties before the JM Karaikudi in Cr.No.165/2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11708/2023 on 30.06.2023. Order : These criminal miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- 1/4

To modify the condition No.b imposed upon the petitioner, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as 'to appear before the Sivagangai Town Police Station' instead of 'report before the respondent police', Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11090 of 2023 has been filed.

2.This petition has been filed on the ground that he apprehends threat at the hands of the defacto complainant.

3.Considering the above said grievance expressed by the petitioner, the condition No.b imposed upon the petitioner by the order, dated 30.06.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before 'the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station, Sivagangai' instead of 'respondent police'. The other conditions remain unchanged. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11090 of 2023 is allowed. Consequently, Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11091 of 2023 is also ordered and time for execution of sureties is extended for further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
