ORDER

The mandamus is sought for by the petitioner to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.07.2024 and to issue a joint patta in his name in respect of the Old Natham Survey No. 614 and New Natham Survey No.337/21.

2. The petitioner claims the right of the property on the basis of the joint purchase, dated 11.10.1999.

3. Considering the above fact, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
