J U D G M E N T

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2018 from the file of the Sub Court, Thiruchendur to the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for transferring the case to the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

4.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

5. This Court therefore issues following directions: i) The Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2018 to the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.387 of 2019 ii) the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, after obtaining the records on transfer, is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

6. In the result, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
