ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner was appointed as a dealer by the respondent corporation. For the reasons set out in the impugned communication, the dealership agreement was terminated. Challenging the same, this writ petition came to be filed.
3.The petitioner is very much having the arbitral remedy. The petitioner has to work out the rights available in terms of the contract. The Writ Court cannot entertain the challenge. 2/4
4.Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
