O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the transfer order passed by the third respondent in Letter No.78310/03/283, dated 09.09.2021 and to quash the same.
2. According to the petitioner, by virtue of the transfer order dated 09.09.2021, he was transferred from Dharmapatti Branch to Tiruppur Main Branch as Assistant Manager. The grievance of the petitioner is that his minor son is suffering from brain tumor and hence, he sought for transfer to his native State of Uttar Pradesh, but he has been transferred to Tirupur.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would also submit that he has received an oral instruction today from his client that now the petitioner has been granted posting at Nehtaur, Viganor Branch, Uttar Pradesh temporarily.
4. Though notice has been served and the name of the respondents also printed in the cause list, when the matter is called, no one is appeared for the respondents.
5. The only request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents may consider the temporary transfer to Nehtaur, Viganor Branch as permanent.
6. Considering the health condition of the petitioner's son, the request of the petitioner appears to be reasonable. Thus, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's place Nehtaur, Viganor Branch or any other nearby branches in future for permanent transfer, at the request of the petitioner.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) // True Copy // / /2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) akv 2/3
