Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the land in Survey No.181/4 of Tirumalaisamuthiram Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District, so as to fix the boundary stones by considering the application, dated 30-06-2025. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in Survey No.181/4 of Tirumalaisamuthiram Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering her representation, dated 30-06-2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled in favour of the petitioner under a registered settlement deed, dated 28.04.2020. Patta for the said property was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2946. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an online application on 30.06.2025, in application number 2025/0123/21/009612, before the respondents, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 18.07.2025 NCC :
