ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file a final 1/4

report in Crime No.242 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.724 of 2024 and that since the accused has pleaded guilty, he was imposed with punishment.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
