This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.7164 of 2022 dated 09.03.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has met with an accident and taking treatment at Chennai and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the avocation of the petitioner, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear and sign before the Triplicane Police Station, daily at 10.30AM, until further orders and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered. sd/- 27/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /10/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
