The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and register the Form-7 submitted by the petitioner, dated 09.06.2025.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the rival parties and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
