Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2/6

2.The petitioner felt aggrieved by the unauthorized running of a cattle farm in the locality by the seventh respondent. The land in question belongs to the sixth respondent. The seventh respondent was the lessee. The writ petition was filed in the year 2014. I called upon the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions as regards the current position. It is stated that the seventh respondent is no longer running the cattle farm. The respondents 1 to 5 are directed to ensure that no unauthorized farm is allowed to run in the locality. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
