Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi to complete the trial and dispose of the case in E.P.No.245 of 2022 in O.S.No. 95 of 2012 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction 1/4

to dispose of the E.P.No.245 of 2022 in O.S.No.95 of 2012 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the suit has been disposed of on 06.08.2018 and thereafter, the petitioner has filed E.P.No. 245 of 2022 for execution of the proceeding and the same has been adjourned continuously for filing counter by the respondents. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the case.

4. Since the matter is pending for more than one year, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi to dispose of E.P.No.245 of 2022 in O.S.No.95 of 2012 pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
