PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to quantify the fine amount as against the 5th Respondent as per the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.G and M /38/2025 dated 05.02.2025 for illegal mining.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to quantify the fine amount as against the 5th Respondent as per the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent dated 05.02.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer in this writ petition has been considered and fine has been imposed on the 5th respondent vide order, dated 06.06.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
