This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent.

2.Heard Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.J.Viswanathan, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that civil suits are pending between the parties.

4.In view of the same, the parties shall agitate their rights before the competent civil Court and depending upon the result in the suit, they can thereafter approach the revenue authorities seeking for mutation in the revenue records.
