The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondents are attempting to lay a road on his patta land in S.No.174 of Valasiramani Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, has filed this writ petition. 2/4

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, based on the written instructions received from the fifth respondent dated 07.08.2023, submitted that the respondents are not having any proposal to lay a road on the petitioner's land. The communication which the learned Additional Government Pleader received from the Assistant Block Development Officer dated 07.08.2023 is placed on record. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the written instructions provided by the Assistant Block Development Officer, this writ petition is closed.
