ORDER

This writ petition is nothing but an abuse of the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. This petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a mandamus for surveying and demarcating the lands on the basis of an application which has been filed only 13 days ago, that too without paying the necessary charges. The petitioner without even giving time to the respondents to sequence his application along with other pending applications, has rushed to Court stating that no action has been taken on the side of the respondents. Such kind of writ petitions have to be deprecated and should not be entertained.
