When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed in the main Writ Petition has been challenged in W.A. (MD)No.2318 of 2025 and interim stay has been granted by the Division Bench of this Court.

2. Recording the said statement, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner ultimately succeeds in the Writ Appeal, it is open to him to file fresh Contempt Petition.
