RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of Extension of Time in the bell order granted by this Honourable court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15004 of 2021 by order dt. 05/10/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time in the bail order granted by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15004 of 2021 dated 05.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving order copy, the petitioner approached the Collector office,Ramanathapuram and asked for the details to pay the amount as per the directions of this Court. But, the petitioner was informed by the officials that so far, no such Green Committee has been constituted in Ramanathapuram District and hence, the petitioner was not able to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 05.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15004 of 2021.
