This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to grant permission for conducting the "Kumbabisekam Festival" 1/4

from 06.09.2022 to 08.09.2022 in Arulmigu Sri Aadiparasakthi instantly Nanjundeswarar Temple, Boothipuram Village, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 23.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was called, Dr.C.Guhaseela Rupan, learned counsel for the Respondent would submit that the permission has been granted by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department setting out certain conditions for conducting the "Kumbabisekam Festival".

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would also agree to the same. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the writ petition. The conduct of the festival shall be subject to the conditions set out in the communication, dated 05.09.2022 of the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department.
