ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Sub Court, Srivaikundam to expedite and dispose the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in unnumbered A.S.No...of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivaikundam, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The respondent Nos.1 to 6 filed a suit in O.S.No.157 of 2013 before the learned District Munsif, Srivaikundam, against the petitioner and the seventh respondent, seeking declaration, recovery of possession and mandatory injunction. The said suit was decreed in part in favour of respondent Nos.1 to 6 on 05.09.2018. Against which, the petitioner herein filed an unnumbered A.S.No..of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivaikundam along with I.A.No.2 of 2025 seeking condonation of delay of 2350 days in filing the appeal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to expedite and dispose the I.A.No.2 of 2025 in unnumbered A.S.No...of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivaikundam within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2/4

5. In view of the above, the Sub Court, Srivaikundam is directed to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in unnumbered A.S.No...of 2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
