Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUMALAI RAJA S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12926 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 30.09.2021, without fail.
