This writ petition was filed seeking for the cancellation of the unilateral revocation of the gift deed registered on the file of the second respondent.

2.Considering the relationship between the parties, the matter was referred for mediation. Ultimately, the parties have arrived at a compromise and the petitioner and the third respondent have entered into a joint compromise memo.
