No.9184 of 2021 on 23/11/2021 passed an order as follows:- "This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(a) order passed in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.517 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the original RC book is already deposited (in Crime No.45 of 2019 on the file of the Chettinad Police Station) before the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, as per the order of this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.966 of 2019, dated 10.01.2020.

3. Registry is directed to address the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, to verify whether the original RC book regarding the Taurus Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-63-BE-3940 is available in the Court.

4. Call on 02.12.2021 'for filing report'."
