By order dated 21.10.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of DVA.No.9/2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.696/2021 dated 05.07.2021 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown and the filing of interim applications by the parties, has requested for extension of two months to comply with the above order. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
