This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.67 of 2018 and to file charge sheet.

2.Heard Mr.R.Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is being a de-facto complainant. Even then the respondent police did not complete the investigation and file a final report.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police already completed the investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate deleting the name of the accused from the charge.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13425 of 2019 5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the respondent police has already filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same was not taken on file since the concerned judicial Magistrate is undergoing training, hence, this criminal original petition is closed.
