ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate,Aruppukottai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C. No. 126 of 2019

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate,Aruppukottai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.126 of 2019 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
