This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record of the respondent's impugned communication in Na.Ka.Aa2/819/2023 dated 07.06.2023 and quash the same as devoid of merits and for consequential direction to the respondent to grant patta for the property in Survey No.128/16 an extent of 1 Acre 49 cents in Nakkalamuthanpatti Village, Kuruvikulam Panchayat, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District based on the petitioner's title deed by considering his application No.2023/0105/28/219487 dated 27.01.2023.

2. The communication of the respondent dated 07.06.2023 is challenged in this Writ Petition. It is a private communication, which has been communicated to the Special Government Pleader for 2/4

instructions in this Writ Petition filed by the petitioner and it cannot be construed as an impugned order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
