ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to disburse compensation amount in respect of the property situated in S.F.No.310/2, admeasuring Acre 2.96 cent land at Navalpattu Village, Trichy Taluk and District, which was acquired by the respondents, by considering his representation, dated 08.07.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the subject property belonged to him and the same was acquired by the respondents, without issuing any notice. Hence, he, represented by his Power Agent, submitted a representation before the respondents on 08.07.2025, seeking disbursal of compensation amount in respect of the acquired property. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 2/4
3. The Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered on its own merits.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner's Power Agent, dated 08.07.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
