The petitioner seeks electricity service connection to his house.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, without submitting any application, the petitioner is seeking for electricity connection. 4.On the other hand it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted an application as well as a representation to the respondent.

5.Be that as it may, now, to resolve this issue, a direction is given to the petitioner to submit a fresh application to the Electricity Board within a period of two weeks. On receipt of the application being submitted the respondent/ Tamil Nadu Electricity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.8658 of 2018 Board is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action within period of four weeks therefrom.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
