Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the petitioners pay as per the Settlement under Section 12(3) of the I.D.Act dated 04.01.2018 with retrospective effect from 01.09.2016 and consequently directing the respondents to revise and re-fix his retirement benefits and to disburse difference amounts in his monthly pension, commuted value of pension, gratuity, earned leave salary to him with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from 01.09.2016 to till the date of actual payment, within the time limit fixed by this court.

PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of contempt of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.21803 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 25.10.2018, made in W.P.(MD) No.21803 of 2018.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions have been complied with. This fact is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
