O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for taking away her own articles from her house property situated in S.No.137/6-B 1, at Avidanalla Vijayapuram Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering her representation dated 23.03.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent issued summons to the petitioner and her counter part to conduct an enquiry and since they did not appear for the enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
