This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Session Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2016, dated 03.03.2016 and confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.5838 of 2016, dated 29.11.2016.
