COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed for a direction to dispose of E.P.No.59 of 2018 and E.A.Nos.4 of 2018 and 13 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.It is the case of the revision petitioners that the petitioners have obtained a decree against the respondent in Case No.S773 of 2014 on the file of the High Court of Republic of Singapore and thereafter, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in E.P.No.59 of 2018 on 17.08.2017. Initially, execution petition was filed and the same was numbered as E.P.No.198 of 2017 for attachment and also to sell the suit property under Order 21 Rule 54 CPC r/w Order 21 Rules 66, 70 and 72 CPC. Thereafter, on 05.03.2018, the respondent has filed E.A.No.4 of 2018 under Section 47 of CPC and thereafter, on 20.06.2018, the petitioner has filed E.A.No.
13 of 2019 in E.P.No.59 of 2018 under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC to amend the execution petition to include Section 44 (A) CPC. Though these applications have been filed during the year 2017 and 2018, the same are pending for a long time due to the fact that the respondent is seeking adjournments from time to time without contesting the matters. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court to dispose of the above said petitions with the present Civil Revision Petitions.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration of the fact that E.P. and E.As. are pending for a long time, this Court directs the II Additional District Court, Thanjavur to dispose of the E.P.No.59 of 2018 and E.A.Nos.4 of 2018 and 13 of 2019, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
