PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 431 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 64, 62, 296(b) and 115(2) BNS, 2023, in crime No.431 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.07.2024, at about 3.00 pm., the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant's bedroom and tried to misbehaved with her and also abused her in filthy language and thereafter escaped from her house. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the facts that the petitioner was arrested only on 31.07.2024 and the investigation is at a nascent state, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
