To allow this Second Appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree passed by the Sub Court, Valliyur in A.S.No.177 of 2007 dated 06.09.2010 confirming the judgment and decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Nanguneri in O.S.No.56 of 1996 dated 24.11.2006. 2. As far as the first relief in the decree is concerned, it is an inexecutable decree. As far as the second relief is concerned, the decree for injunction has been in operation from the year 2006. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to stay the operation of decree for injunction. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
