ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the registering authority to register the transactions that may take place in respect of the petition mentioned lands.

3. Unless the petitioner presented a particular document and the third respondent takes a stand in the matter, it cannot be possible for this Court to adjudicate the issue raised by the writ petitioner. As and when the petitioner presents any document before the third respondent in respect of the petition mentioned lands, the third respondent shall take a call in the matter. In other words, either the third respondent should register the document or issue a refusal check slip containing the reasons.

4. Directing the third respondent to adopt one of the course of action as and when the petitioner presents any document, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
