These Writ Petitions have been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to accept the settlement deed dated 25.06.2025 executed by the petitioner and to register the same.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of these cases, directing the 2nd respondent to accept the settlement deed dated 25.06.2025 executed by the petitioner and register the same as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these observations, these writ petitions are allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
