O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.162/2018 from the file of the third respondent police to CBCID/fourth respondent for further investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already the investigation the investigation in Crime No.162/2018 was handed over to the second respondent and the same is pending for investigation.

4. Hence, at this stage the prayer sought for by the petitioner for transfer of investigation cannot be considered.

5. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
