ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.9419 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court on 04.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.9419 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 10.06.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said anticipatory bail order, Condition No.6(c) as follows: ''(c). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.''

3. He further submits that the petitioner is the daily wager and due to the harassment of the respondent police the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in the order dated 10.06.2025. The petitioner is ready to comply the condition before the All Women Police Station, Madurai Town. Due to the harassment made by the respondent police, the petitioner is afraid to complying the said condition before the respondent police station. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against her. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition. 2/4

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police have not made any harassment against the petitioner. He raised objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(c) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9419 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(c) is modified as ''(c). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madurai Town, Madurai daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.'' . The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
