ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to conclude the proceedings in O.Mu.A2/6571/2024 dated 06.12.2024, on the file of the second respondent to issue 'No Objection' to settle the petition mentioned property in favour of the petitioner's husband by the petitioner.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
