ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.01.2022. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
