The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner on 15.05.2025 against the order in No.Muthirai.1/1029/2021 dated 07.04.2025 by the Special Deputy Collector Stamps Tirunelveli,

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
