PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to issue a direction, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to some other investigation agency in connection with crime No.251 of 2021, dated 21.10.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to some other investigation agency in connection with crime No.251 of 2021, dated 21.10.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on 03.11.2021, the respondent police had filed negative charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti and he further stated that RCS notice was also served on the petitioner. 3.Therefore, there is no investigation pending on the file of the second respondent.
