ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2024, in the light of the order of this Court dated 31.05.2006, made in W.P(MD)No.4085 of 2006 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the case directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2006, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 31.05.2006, made in W.P(MD)No.4085 of 2006.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
