ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai (Magistrate Level) to complete the trial and pass order in S.T.C NO.361 of 2018, within the stipulated time, which was registered for the offence under Section 138 of NI Act. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though evidence on the side of the petitioner/complainant in S.T.C NO.361 of 2018 has been closed as early as on 2019 itself, even after lapse of two years, there is no progress in the case and it is kept pending.

3.It appears that because of filing a petition under Section 91 Cr.P.C, it has been kept pending. Considering the oldness of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai (Magistrate Level) to expedite the trial and dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
