Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 as to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 16/05/2025 and issue house site patta to the petitioner house.

ORDER

The Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 and issue house site patta to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.05.2025 seeking issuance of the house site patta in respect of the property under his possession for several years.

3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 indicates that the petitioner has not mentioned the survey number of the property in his possession. In the absence of proper description of the property in his possession, the respondents may not be in a position to consider the request of the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the fourth respondent seeking issuance of Patta by giving proper description of the property in his possession. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the fourth respondent and final order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after affording reasonable opportunities to the petitioner.
