... Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the Contemnors/respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.9357 of 2018 dated 27.02.2019. Prayer in WP(MD).9357/ 2018:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.5871/a5/2018 dated 26.02.2018 and the consequential proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.440/2018 dated 28.02.2018 quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to allow re-employment to the petitioner as Headmistress of the 4th respondent school from 01.08.2017 till the end of the Academic year 2017-2018 i.e.till 31.05.2018. and disburse the grant-in-aid towards the petitioner's salary including all attendant benefits. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 27.02.2019 made in W.M.P.(MD) No.9357 of 2018.
