The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.05.2014 and pass orders.
2. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein being a Headmistress of the school ought not to have borrowed loan from the third respondent Society, without obtaining prior permission from the 2/5
writ petitioner, who is the Secretary of the said school.
3. The reading of the averments in the writ petition shows that there is some personal clash between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein, which according to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, has already been resolved. Hence, no further orders are required. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
