PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.91 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.91 of 2011 on the file of the 1/4

respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. He lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Based on his complaint a case in Crime No.91 of 2011 has been been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2011, so far no progress in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case have been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi on 07.08.2023. 4.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, shall process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
