The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to disburse the retirement and monetary benefits of the petitioner, by considering the representation, dated 30.01.2014.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner Thiru.A.Chinnadurai died on 09.05.2018. After his demise, the respondents passed final orders in the departmental disciplinary proceedings and thereafter, the terminal and pensionary benefits were settled in favour of his legal heirs.

3. In view of the fact that the terminal and pensionary benefits were already settled in favour of the legal heirs, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
