The learned Counsel for the petitioners, after elaborate argument, realised that this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition, in view of the specific findings rendered by the District Registrar / first respondent herein, that the transactions, under which the petitioners claim title, are fraudulent. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. The learned Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
